No Win No Fee, is a term that everyone is popular with. As the term suggests if you don’t win then there’s no fee to pay.
These types of cases are usually injurys that are sustained in the work place, car accident or a public accident.
If you win your case then often the costs will be implemented to the losing side which will also include the costs of your no win no fee company.
